in order to carry out the coordinating functions for machinery and instruments export.
90 percents of the capital was owned by Sumitomo Corporation (Capital:20 million yen).

coordinating functions for the export and import of electric wires, electrical,
electronic and communication equipment and various types of plants.
The capital was fully owned by Sumitomo Corporation (Capital:15 million yen).

as a directly affiliated concern of the machinery and electrical divisions of Sumitomo Corporation.
The new company was named Sumisho Machinery Trade Corporation(Capital:35 million yen).
